afternoon nap

i wanted to go out on my trials bike but i felt a bit tired, so i had an afternoon nap, but now i feel like carp. i hardly ever have an afternoon nap, but always feel worse after them

does anyone else partake in the activity of afternoon naps, and do the do you any good?

They make me feel bad too.

Yeah,an afternoon nap always makes me feel 5h1ty afterwards,then i get my second wind later on and can't sleep.

ok if your planning a late night though.

Never had them til I met my girlfriend, only had a few since then, when we've been especially tired (single bed is cramped for me, let along her as well.. )
Never feel good after them either.

Depends on the shift and hours of work, feel crap afterwards too to begin with.

I don`t usually but funnily enough I too took a nap this afternoon... slept for an hour and felt much better after it

Working on a building site 6 days a week is nothing compared to a weekend together..


I find I'm disorientated after a nap. Woke up at half 4 in the afternoon, looked out the window and saw dad getting his bike out of the shed, and couldn't believe he was up so early to go for a ride..
I also find it mucks up my following nights sleep, which is bad enough as it is.
