Default Best paddock stands?

As it says . . . I have done a search on e bay and do not want to buy cheap tat . . I have a abba bike stand already . . Need them for a engine drop and any other work in the future

Learn to maintain your bike, take it apart, rebuild the engine & more (using better bolts ), drop it & fix it again!
K3 Job c.v: Engine:remove/split/rebuild/refit. Replace:Gearbox,Fuel pump,Gaskets. Piston clean,rings. Overhaul:Throttle body,Injectors,Brakes,Forks. Remove/refit:Exhaust,Radiator,Oil cooler,Throttle,Air filter,Tank. Replace: Oil,Coolant,grease,brake hoses & bleed.

You can remove engine on abba stand

i just changed the rear sprocket on mine using nothing more than a jack and side stand, you can drop an engine out if its only on the side stand its not to difficult really.

If you're already got an ABBA stand, then you don't really need much else, unless you buy a front paddock stand.

I've got one and it lifts the front wheel off by lifting the headstock. But i don't really have the need for it.

if you want a paddock stand the motrax one im using at the moment is sturdy as you like and shouldnt be too pricey. works best with swingarm bobbins.

I have tried all sorts of paddock stands, and my favourite ones are made by Champion. They don't look like much, being made of small diameter tubing, but they are extremely easy to use and don't flex or bend like the Micron or MotoGP ones do. The best thing about the rear stand is the removeable handle, which means the stand sits right under the rear wheel and you don't clout it as you walk round - it also means I can stick the bike on the paddock stand in the race van alongside Danny's bike and close the door easily.

I bought mine from A+R Racing in Somerset via ebay.
