Does your set of keys ruin your yoke/tank?
As above, starting to see my keys scratching a perfect circle on my yoke. My bunch of keys is fairly large too I guess..
So guys and gals, how big is your bunch and and clever ideas to help stop this?

Just use your ignition key, keep the rest in your pocket. Mine buzz on the yoke so I will be splitting them up.

Re: Does your set of keys ruin your yoke/tank?
I only have a single key in the ignition-----------a little tip,a large bunch of keys strains the ignition barrel over time due to vibrations, meaning loose and worn tumblers, resulting in a replacement barrel.

Re: Does your set of keys ruin your yoke/tank?
I have a heavy keyring engraved with sv650, makes it easy to find having so many keys. Its the only thing with the bike key. I have a billet custom top yoke, and funny enough it doesn't scratch at all.
The zzr has a black yoke, and has a circle scratched onto it. There's only a small disk lock key with the bike key. The Raptor only has a plastic loop with the key.

I have my ignition key on it's own on a key ring that has quick release. The rest stay in my pocket.

I've just found a keyring karabiner so I have put my ig key on it's on ring, so I can unclip it when I need to ride.

I have one of these as well, but it's quite heavy.

This. You should never have significant weight on car or bike keys.

Re: Does your set of keys ruin your yoke/tank?
I have a single ignition key on a leather fob, with an enamel Sv on one side and a velcro tab on the other.
I could have an opposite velcro tab on the yoke to stop it moving about, but I haven't botherd, no circle on my yoke, leather doesn't scratch it. Big bunch of keys in my pocket
