North Wales Rideout #4 - SV650.org

OK I'm gonna put my neck on the line one more time.....

The next North Wales ride out will be on September 27th/28th. I propose to change the emphasis of the rides this time to be a more back-roads bimble, taking in some lovely scenic roads. This means they will still be challenging roads, just in a different way.

I will be booking the bunkhouse accommodation used on the NW3.5 ride, as this seemed to go down really well. The bunkhouse owners can provide an evening meal or we can go self catering. We can decide this over next couple of months.

One item for discussion, I would like everyone to travel up on Friday night to the bunkhouse so that you get a good night's sleep prior to the ride(s). This adds to the cost, but I hope will also add to the safety. some folks really have put in some mega-days to make these rides in the past and may actually enjoy the ride more if they were less tired. So would folks be willing to come up Friday night?

Is a good idea re. the Friday night, i`m quite happy to travel up Friday but then I don`t really have that far to come.

I will be able to make it, With Daughter as Pillion, as getting her all the stuff in the next couple of weeks, and got an Autocom set up as well

Oh can i invite a mate who lives in Oswestry?? If so we will stay there on the Friday and meet you on Sat morning.

Chances are I'll just turn up on the Sat morning due to family etc. But given the social crac, I'm a little torn.

I hope to join you guys even if just for a day and night, may bimble home on day 2. Will hopefully be riding by then but I will be doing a few miles and building up, and yes I will have had some miles in before NW4 so will go if I am confident.

Something for me to aim for !!
