GMvii - The Applecross Add-On
Right guys,
Who's coming to Applecross for a couple of nights after the GM? Sunday 31st August to Tuesday 2nd September (2 nights). If you've never been to Applecross, you've gotta come. If you've been before, then you'll be coming again.....won't you? Applecross campsite has camping huts, lots of space for tents & good breakfasts. Applecross itself has a great pub, friendly people and even friendlier midges. http://www.applecross.uk.com/campsite/index.htm Kinlochleven to Applecross is 125 miles, so an easy (but fun) ride on the Sunday. Sunday evening will be spent in the Applecross Inn. Monday will probably be a lap of Skye, which has some great bits of road and some awesome views. Monday evening.....Hmmmm.....Applecross Inn. Tuesday is ride home day, probably via the cool little Glenelg ferry on Skye (well worth the trip if you've never done it). So, who's coming?
