Home from Applecross
I arrived home last night shortly before midnight having completed 681 miles.
Got a bit peeved at the A1 diversion...40 miles and an hour out of the way! I don't think I could have faced much more riding than that, I ended up having to make long stops as I was getting more and more broken, the SV is definitely not meant for that kind of touring! Thanks for a great few days everyone |

Well done Dave on an Epic GM join in effort.......although remember that your 681 miles home was all downhill!
Us locals do appreciate your effort. See you next year kid.

As Fred says it was great to see you. I just hope the effort you went to was worth it, I didn't see anything other than smiles so I'm guessing you enjoyed it... Twas a pleasure to meet you, fancy the same next year then?

Glad you enjoyed it.

Re: Home from Applecross
Hopefully next year, you will have company all of the way, instead of just *cough *
You really should have diverted for birthday cake, but glad you're home safe.
