well you used to come with me !.......ha ha ha..
besides its from the ACE so with a few hundred riders, its just a get together ride.... dont tell me your busy on sunday... what wrong ? have you sold your bike or something ? I might well be taking a pillion...so its a docile ride down there..

It really is one of the worst routes for a ride out I've ever seen.
North circular, A13, motorway, more motorway and a brief run to the coast. Take a book to read while you're riding!
