Default 33bhp but slow ?

I took my friends restricted 33bhp curvy out today (he not long passed is test) and hes been telling me it wont go passed 75mph so i took it on the bypass near me on opened it up and yes he was right top end 75mph i know its had new plugs , filter etc etc anybody got any other suggestions what it could be ???

Washers could be fitted incorrectly/wrong size??
Should do plenty more than that.
whats the acceleration and tick over like?

My restricted curvy will get near to a ton (on a private runway of course!!) before it maxes out...

There is genuine suzuki carbs slides fitted to it , tick over is perfect but the acceleration is a bit slow well a lot slower than mine matter of fact !

Hmmm thought that might narrow things down but owell.
Dont know much about the curveys but someone will be along soon im sure.

I have its got a K&N air fiter fitted and the box and breather pipes or all fine

block'd fuel jets? Chain adjusted and lubed? , tires corect presure? All can cause slow running, althogh not that slow

Id get the plugs out and see if the mixture is obviously out.It could be the choke plungers sticking.Does it use a lot of fuel?
