Just bought a new bike

I was only dipping my toe into the market this week, but turns out ive gone and done it anyway. 08 plate Versys in green.

Im now an official member of the topbox gang. Pipe, slippers & gun dog next. Anyone seen my flip face helmet & hi-vis sash?







Picking it up next week, so hoping thats it not too cold! Need to get some heated grips next!!
Couple of plans in the pipeline for it, nothing major but should make it a little more "street". The top box wont be a permanent fixture, but should make for some good secure storage for travelling.

By street do you meen sticky tyres, noisey exhaust and trick suspension?

Great choice of bike Rob. Was only saying as much to Richie earlier in Kawasaki Newcastle. We're both agreed.

Tim, plans are in the pipeline - Im hoping to pick up a Scorpion for it, and will be fitting some PR2s to it once these are finished. I think its still on sportmax D221s which apparently are great in the dry, carp in the wet. They must have had an easy life as they look to have loads of life left in them still.

Suspension, well im not messing with it this time! Will be fitting a few cosmetic mods though.
