likewise I'm afraid,although mine is health relayed, haven't been out really in over 3 months and still not well enough, in fact have totalled 7 miles on the bike in all that time.....

no one there tonight when peahead and I hadn't a quick swing by on foot at around 8:30/9 this evening we really are rubbish these days.... man o man the summer can't come round quick enough!

To be honest, there were plenty of Fridays last summer when it was just Rictus, me and Chris D. I don't think it's all weather related.

well, what with me just getting a job at lords, I now shall be in London already more, so hopefully that should mean I can come by more regularly even though I don't have the bike any more

Chris if you don't start remembering to put the apostrophe in Lord's you'll be sacked before the end of your 3 month probation period! Spelling the company name wrong is a no-no.
