SV1000 fuel tank on a SV650? - SV650.org

There's someone selling fuel tanks on ebay, listing them as SV1000 SV650.
Does the SV1000 fuel tank fit on pointy SV650s?
I need a replacement tank but silver is hard to come by as they only did it on the K3 pointy AFAIK... but I've seen a few silver SV1000s around so I was wondering if the tank would fit my SV650 K3?

There is no curvy sv1000. But if question was about TL tank on curvy than no, it will not fit.
