Something doesn't look right with #18 anyway?? His forks look like they are quite compressed and then tyre in spread as though there is a lot of weight on it. The rider however, doesn't have has hands on bars. I can't see how the force of being hit front behind would pitch the front end down like that as the back end is still on the deck!

That accident is well into half way through. There is a lot of weight being thrown at the back of the white bike. The force has already caused the rider to be thrown back and has lost the grip of the bars. It's the force and speed of the impact from yellow bike that has caused the front to compress.

The white bikes exhaust gives the game away a bit.

That looks suspiciously like the inevitable consequence of allowing superior curvy SVs onto the same track as those horrible pointy ones, there's only so many moving chicanes you can avoid
