How do i remove the fuel pump on a K5
I have tried pulling and twisting the fuel pump in every direction and it's not comming out.
i presume you have to dismantle it or something. Can anyone throw any light on the subject? |

Thers 5/6 small bolts take them out and it shoud come out very easy!!

All the bolts are out but i can't get it theough the hole.

give it a little shake it should come out very very easy i have had mine out about 7 times plus and not once ive had a problem getting it out!

I think there is something different with the K5 onwards.

I dont think ther is but if ther is its a very slight differenc and plus it wont stop the fuel pump from being took out.
are you trying 2 take it out with the tank on the bike or anything whice would be makeing it a bit akward/impossible?? |

No, the tank is off and upside down on the floor.

i really dont no why its not coming out very easy liek i said above ive had mine out around 7 times plus and not once have i had a problem geting it out!
have you any pics of the bottom of it? |

Pushed it back in and jiggled it about again and it fell out. Cheers |
