Re: Photo a Day 2014 (if possible)
My Dad loved Scott's and always pointed them out to me as a lad.

Thanks for getting that, it does sound a little steep although it looks very well made. I wonder if i can *******ize a child's windup music box for the same purpose.... |

Fantastically inspirational young lady in town takes her leg off and cycles one legged to where she needs to be...

The leg in the backpack must make for some interesting double-takes!

Re: Photo a Day 2014 (if possible)
Thanks Richie! Was trying to get some "golden hour" shots and my plans went to pot but managed to get that one whilst heading to my Plan B.
Meant to post similar sentiments about this one: But I've been mega busy with work, normally I'd be in the office again now but I've taken a week off and am in the small village of Haltwhistle which is superbly near sycamore gap so I'm hoping to get a couple of my own shots of that iconic location! Car is loaded up with hobby kit, photography, laptop/gaming, quadcopter (and a small amount of real luggage/clothes )

From last night - the Soho Massive gathering on Frith Street. Considering the bizarre maze of roads in the area, and the disruption caused in London in general by the building of Crossrail, I'm amazed any of them can find the place. Glad I was walking after coming in on the train.

Re: Photo a Day 2014 (if possible)
Well I'm two days in to my holiday and first time I've gotten the camera out:
Apartment view by Brettus - Brettnet.co.uk, on Flickr Had my eye on the shot for a little while though, biding my time. Weather was brighter today and I got the solitary bird (not as big as the one that was up there on his own yesterday in the dull conditions but you take what you get) Got some plans that may or may not come to fruition, either way I'll have shots, whether they are compelling ones is a matter of opinion, circumstances and luck.
