To get my knee down!
Since I was 4 years old learning to ride a bike without stabilisers and had been watching too much MotoGP!
Miracle cure please! |

Easy.
Rida along at about 50-70 mph, very suddenly pull the front brake as hard as you can and hold it on, you may like to take the option to turn the steering all the way to lock, either side - your choice. Almost certainly guarantees both knees will go down, result. HTH

Find a nice smooth open rounabout that isnt to big or busy and just keep going round gradually building the angle.
Dont try on cold tyres either |

It's easy once you've done it. Although you can get carried away.
Just make sure you don't do it when there is traffic about eh!? Here's me on my Ninja but it's just as easy on any bike really. So far done this bend on a GN250, Kwak Zephyr550 and of course my trusty SV650. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...21744922224399 Sparky sliders are optional! |

It does make you feel pretty good. But as always it is a little risky on roundabouts as my mate found out. I prefer nice long corners with no opposing traffic, which narrows it down to either a track or a certain corner where I live. |
