Just found these pictures taken on a birthday ride out exactly 5 years ago. We'll be at both of these locations over the BPW.

Looks good! Getting properly excited now. Just hoping this weather is getting all the rain out of the way in advance and we have a dry weekend.

There will be some much twistier twisties than those twisties!

https://ridewithgps.com/routes/29812759 Mondays hooliganism so far, I might change it and head towards Horseshoe Pass/Ponderosa

Is twistie overdose possible? That bottom snap is begging for drone flybys, as I'm confident is an awful lot of Wales

So close to the best road in Wales (in my opinion) the A483 between Newton and Crossgates.

There is nothing not to like about it, hills, fast curves, slow tight corners, smooth tarmac, wooded sections, clear open view parts and relatively free from tourist traffic. 20 miles of it and it's all brilliant.

And at the end is a biker cafe and a petrol station, so you can fill up and do it again.
