GL1000 giggles
Moment of mirth today.... saw a mk 1 original wire wheel Honda GL1000 Gold Wing going the other way, what's funny about that you ask, well it was fitted with clip-ons.

Not your first choice of café racer
 A few years back now but I once saw a semi-custom mk1 (fat wheels, single seat etc) that had been supercharged. It looked BRUTAL with the blower sitting on top of the crankcases where the carbs should be, nicely fabricated inlet stubs and a whopping great single SU carb sticking out the back of the blower. I spent a good few minutes drooling over it but never found the owner. |

Nothing beats the Kawasaki kh250 modified to have 48 cylinders that used to inhabit a local bike shop round here.
