Default SV650S or SV650SX??????

ok, i have an SV650S.
this is how i insured it.

the suzuki dealer i got it from had written SX on the key, also on the V5.


whats the difference???????????

i think the x denotes the year, as x is 1999 (T-Reg) on mine

k1, k2, k3, k4 i believe being 2001, 2001 etc...

I think that means it's a '99 model.
SX 99
SY 2000
SK1 2001 etc

Yep all correct. X means a MY99 so its an SV650S-X, mine is a MY00 so its an SV650S-Y and so on and so forth with the K's

Yep W is 2000 I believe so yours is an SV650S-Y like mine, although mine is on a T plate (don't ask ).

lol you want to know the headache I get with mine being on a T plate but being a 2000 model and NOT a 1999 model, its a pain in the proverbial rear end with insurance companies.
