Default OEM Bar Ends - where from?

Afternoon all,

I seem to have lost the bar end on right grip. I'm told this could be a common issue with the SV as it vibrates so much, has this happened to anyone else?

If so, where did you source an OEM replacement from - I don't want to spend a fortune on them if it's going to keep happening.

Thanks
Dan

Its usually the opposite, most bar ends are permanently attached as the screw gets rusted in place

There's quite a few pattern or similar ones made by Oberon on Ebay at next to nothing

Don't but the ones with the expander bolt unless your bars aren't standard or have a rubber grommet with a nut inside it, sometimes these fall apart and the nut isn't held in place by the grommet any longer.

SV's don't vibrate that much

Thanks guys - I've only had her 8 weeks so no chance of them being rusted in. Also, when I bought it - the shop fitted Daytona heated grips for me so I can only assume it wasn't done back up tight enough. Just checked the left and that was fairly loose too - so will look at the ones on eBay ending tonight. Quite like the purple ones too - they look sweet!

So are these aluminium or stainless steel? Read the whole listing carefully!
