I did read that.

The only reason I'm asking is because for the previous GM's I thought we polled dates?

Hi Andy, If you lok at the start of the thread it was suggested that any fool wishing to take on the job, should just say where and when and get on with it. Thats what I have done. This is still provisional so now is the chance to say yeah or nae! I am busy around then and also the AR and BSB Knockhill, Armoy Road race are in June / july, this therefore is the best weekend for me (Even tho' its the wife's birthday on the sunday). Hope that answers your question.

Have spoke to campsite this morning and they are happy to have us the weekend of 6th-8th of July. They have no other bookings for that weekend at the moment.

This is still a provisional time and place! So far comments have been positive, so can we have more - either in the positive or the negative.

I take it by this comment you won't be coming out to play, c'mon come out and play too.

I think the dates perfect and for using the Galloway Activity Centre they had been my prefered option...

Well done SIII good call.

I think setting the dates, and location this early on are good.

I'll help if I can, hope to still have the bike and maybe get down to see you all.

Hmm I have said that I probably wouldn't go to it this time around but its looking tempting.
Though I will not be a definite till closer to the time so I know whether I'm on call or not. Though I might be able to wangle to get the duty bike as an escort I follow with the blues abd twos!!

Depends on hundreds of things. Might not have the bike by then (buying a house) and it's a bit tricky for me to get leave for the summer months this year due to specialisms I have at work.
