When I was in Fiji we used to soak fruit in the overproofed rum made there, from new year to the following Christmas, to make some very potent pud! hahaha, quite possibly...these beers are quite addictive...it's nice making your own and savoring it....just wish I made more in each batch

Did you know they make wine in Moldova? Neither did I. Quite a nice chardonnay in the end. On to the Bulmers now
