Default Lower swingarm bearing removal?

So i tried to remove the bearings from my swingarm last night and removed the main two with a socket against the spacer. However the lower ones (in the bracket that attaches to the shock linkage) just will not come out.

There is not enough room for me to use my large screwdriver as a drift (as i have done with a variety of other bearings) as there seems to be a lip between the two bearings that gets in the way. I have tried heating the area with a blow torch and using a variety if socket extension bars, all to no avail.

Does anyone know any tricks to removing these bearings or is it a case of hit it harder?
