Temptation got the better of me and a great time had by all.
Met a Cuban freedom fighter who turns out to be a regular nice guy from Canada
Nice to meet you CheGuavara and best of luck getting the KTM back from the scroats.

Cheers! Yeah it was nice to meet a couple other SVers at the track. I was suprised how many SVs were actually there. How was the trip home? I was knackered by the time I got everything unloaded.

I had a great day and really came to terms with the SV. I'd really enjoyed riding it on the street, but it's amazing on the track. There were plenty of bigger bikes that could get by on the gas, and several of those I was able to get by again on the brakes or in the corner.

The novice grip was the right choice for me -the only downside was a few of the guys riding a bit dangerously to try and get to the front -some really sketchy passing that ended up with quite a few crashes (although that was true in all of the groups) -with at least one guy heading to hospital.

Looking forward to doing it again though. Nice that the track is 10mins from my door too
