Petition against parking charges in London
Hi all
apologies if this is posted elsewhere (cant see it in t'other parking thread though only scanned v quickly) http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/2WheelParking/ get on it like a fat kid on cake |

signing petitions is an utterly pointless waste of time i'm sorry to say.
over 1 MILLION people walked thru the streets of london to protest against an illegal war about to take place and that didn't make a bean of difference. So even if you get a million signatures on a petition it means nothing. Sorry to be a killjoy but action is whats required not an electronic signature that does little else but make people feel they have voice their democratic right. in fact does anyone even read the petitions i wonder or are they simply passed to the security services for the to amass even more names on their political watchlists
