They'll not do it i guess as the aftermarket parts directly affect the engine.

If it had of been aftermarket wheels or something, the the warranty could not argue the fact the wheels caused engine to sieze. But airfilter/zorst - i suspect they'll not do it.

Good luck.

Engine seizures are quite rare in any modern engine - did it have ejnough oil in it?

Wouldn't have thought the exhaust could be used as an excuse. The air filter maybe. If defective it could affect engine wear. However, you only fittted the K&N the other day , so why not re-fit the OEM filter before claiming?

The dealer will need to see a service history and there would be no problems with the mods.

But it will be easy for them to spot damage caused from not having oil in the engine. (every part damaged not just 1 bearing gone kind of thing.)

Know the feeling mate.
My SK2 has just done the same for the second time with only 2k miles since new crank fitted.
Found out off web that Suzuki America did a recall in 2000 for problems with oil pump sucking in air on twisty roads.
No warnings, oil light off, oil level ok just locked up solid at 50mph on a left hander. Took a few mins to pull my undies back out after that
