Re: the safely back home thread
Mm me and my bro got back a minute ago, absolutely drenched. Was going to camp but our waterproofs aren't very waterproof and i doubt it's going to stop raining anytime soon!
The rideout was brilliant though, although the rain started at about 4. Have some pics for your viewing pleasure. Ride-out start point. First stop. Second stop. Lunge, with a touch of Wiltshire arm swinging, or chest beating. Lunch stop. After that I didn't bother taking pictures as we only stopped at a petrol station in Shaftesbury, then it started raining. I hope everyone enjoys the rain.... |

Re: the safely back home thread
Just made it back home Glad to report my waterproofs are exactly that, just need some waterproof bootz and gloves now
Saw Dan at a petrol station on the A303 and then again on the M3. Also passed Falc and his support vehicle on the A303. Absolutely F***in brilliant weekend, rain last night and today dampened the ground, but not anyones spirits. Ride was great, was brilliant seeing so many bikes, just when you thought everyone had arrived at a stop another 20 bikes would show up Off for a warm shower now Thanks to everyone who was involved in organising everything, it was brillian, thank you so much!! |

Re: the safely back home thread
Been home about an hour or so.
Car unloaded, tent up in conservatory drying out, wet clothes in the wash and bedding on the radiators. Superb weekend despite the weather, can't believe we were eating chips & ice cream on the beach in blazing sunshine yesterday. to all the organisers - cheers guys
