I have, a few times. Most of it's a bit pants, but Manhattan is kinda cool.

You have *no* idea how ****ed up the US visa waiver program is.

If you've ever been arrested, regardless of whether you were charged, you're not eligible for the visa waiver - you have to go the embassy and apply for a regular visa like your average tinpot foreigner.

If you've ever been arrested for offences which, in total, carry a *potantial* maximum sentence of seven years or more, you can't even get a regular visa. You're on the same level as a kiddy fiddler, even if you were released after 10 minutes without charge.

As for the DNA database, don't even get me started...
