Did a cruisey 25km along the Kennet out of Reading this morning, taking my year's running total to 633 miles, or 1019 kms

Pretty chuffed.

Saddle is right.

It's medial pain....hopefully just ligament strain or something but it is still bothering me. Might make a Dr's appt tomorrow and get it checked.

Just a measley 6-7km for me today in the woods in the rain with the dogs. Refueling with Kronenberg 1664.

Need to enter something soon to get me back focused.

I have damaged my Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) and have been put onto 50mg Diclofenac and have to go to physio. Sucks. Supposed to be training to do the Cairngorm Challenge.

Great run yesterday evening along the Kennet canal after the rain showers, 14 km in less than an hour,my fastest run yet! And over the 700 mile mark for the year Woop woop!

Cruisey 20km run through Tokyo yesterday, stopping to take photos across the Rainbow bridge, and infiltrated a closed ferry terminal to stop off for a dump, happy days.
