Default Indicators

Just got back from a ride and the indicators are doing some odd stuff. Right hand ones work fine, left hand indicators flash normally twice then flash as though one bulb has gone out. Both front and rear, and idiot light are flashing though, so it's not a bulb. My feeling is that it's the relay. Would anyone with a better understanding of electrickery care to comment?

It might be worth checking the earth connection for one or both the left hand indicators.

I'd agree with swapping parts left and right to see what effect each swap has. That will narrow it down.

Does your model have a hazard light switch? If so, what does it do when turning that on?

Fixed now. It was a bulb on the way out. When I tried them again the bulb finally expired fully.

Nice easy fix - change the bulb!

Thanks for all the suggestions folks.
