But . .
Clutch hand fubarred, so may be limited on little roads I can take.
Could be done with a couple of dozen downwards gearchanges, but where's the fun in that? Will have to keep score.
Meanwhile, for the ( obligatory ) t - shirt? :

Great!!!!
I've done in my left Achilies tendon. That's going to be fun too....

Hi Malc
Will try to leave about 8 and head for A68 via Darlo, Piercebridge, W.Awkward, Then meet your route at Otterburn.
By then I'll need a p and a rest!
Will carry on your route and the Fates may conspire for us to meet just before Kinlochleven!
See you Friday sometime
Cheers
David
I have your mobile number

Malc, DONT go to the junction at Hillend for Edin bypass its a death trap. its had more accidents than any other junction i know but they wont publish the figures as Edin council dont want to sort it. instead continue on through Straiton and get on the bypass that way.

OK, I'll take your advice, cheers. I've done this junction going north once and going south a few times so I can refuel at the Esso.
