Will do guys. My pc should come home tomorrow. Don't really know how much the letter had to do with the result because I also had a helpful witness. I'm not sure they even contested it ? I was fully expecting a bit of a battle and was supprised when the letters came. Justice done. I don't know how they get away with these 50 / 50 type settlements.

There is always one thing which one driver did, which had they not done then the accident would not have occured. The driver in question is the one in the wrong/ |
