Default New Ducati Monster 696, what say you?

I know what I say, yum yum yum

£5.5k, far better looking than a Street Triple at a similar price IMO. 80hp on 161Kg, not wild but fun I'm sure. Interchangeable tank panels so you can change colour of the bike when you want (as if that would be cheap).

When I first saw the new Monster in the MCN I thought it looked a little odd. I didn't like the v-rod headlight, I didn't like the exhausts. But, when I went to the NEC and saw it in the flesh MY GOD it was beautiful - pictures do not do this bike justice, so now I am a big fan of the looks and all I want to do now is ride one! Me likes!

Does nothing for me. Looks like a poncy italian bike.

I think in general it looks nice, would look much better with a nice carbon termignoni on though.

I like that. This new fad for brutal looking naked bikes seems to press my buttons, with the exception of the Burger King though.

Im not a fan of the seat, I reckon it could do with a nice looking cowl, mind you it does look ten times more comfy than an sv one!

I had a sit on one at the NEC. It felt tiny, even compared to the SV. It looks OK, but its too small I reckon, give me a cramped sports bike anyday. Thought it would be a wicked bike for the missiz though. Good entry level bike for someone who just has to own a duke I guess, you could do worse. I'd still have the street tripple.

Yup

Just on looks alone I'd say the triumph looks a lot more like a bike, rather than some italian homos hairstyle.
