Why is the M4 often closed Londonbound?
I'm really curious why from the Hayes Bypass it's often closed late at night. It's been like that for years.

Come on people, I know it's a dull question but I need to know! They've even got permanent barriers there which they can swing across the road.
I like the thought of cones mating. Maybe I'll go down there and spy on them. |

I know a while back it was closed on a regular basis due to surveying the elevated section. Could possibly be something to do with this.
