Paint code help - SV650.org

Hi I have a 2008 650 in metalic black I have been told that the paint code is stamped under the tank but I can only find a very small stamp and it is unreadable does anyone know what the paint cade would be or if it would be any where else on the bike ? Thanks

Here's a list of Suzuki colour codes. https://www.motorcyclespareparts.eu/...ts/color-codes but there are a few black colours so...

...I then went to Fowlers parts and looked at fuel tanks for 2008 models, there is one available in Pearl Nebular Black and since the last 3 characters are the paint code it should be YAY (so yay!)

) I had a quick look at the 2007 models but there wasn't a black listed and my enthusiasm expired before I checked later model years.

my 2005 black is YAY ... not sure if yours will be the same but i shouldnt think they would use too many variants of black
