Default Newbie advice?

Hey all.
I'm new rider and the K2 SVS is my first bike! I say new but i've been riding it for a year now and love it. It's my daily transport unless the weather is too bad and I jump into the Land Rover.
I've just had the 15000 mile service, new chain, sprockets, and Road Attack tires. I fitted a fender extenda and rear hugger in the summer.
Here comes the question - Are there any simple'ish' mods/improvements I can make to improve things further? I don't track day (did one in the summer but can't afford to keep doing them) but do enjoy a good ride out at the weekend.
Any ideas?

Hi and welcome!
The Sv is also my first bike (for a year now) and I still love it
There's plenty of stuff that you can do/change (see my pics)
Like add fairing, db screen to help protect from the wind. Also adding gadgets like heated grips, scottoiler. Or simply put a new can on, you'll love it
For the ride, you'll find plenty of threads about suspension upgrade.

What type of improvement d'you want? You can't get any more power, but you can really improve the suspension. Have a search through the threads

There is a non standard screen fitted (Fabbari?) in a dark tint which looks good. I love the look of the bike (silver) but was wondering about any short falls in Suzuki design/finish etc that I can make up for before getting into spending serious money?
I'm thinking about the ride out, sounds good. Just need permission

If you put it like this, then the answer is suspension.

It would be good if you can make it, as everyone going is either a curvy or ex-curvy owner. We've just fitted a Powerbronze screen this morning
