A sad day
It's a very sad day today in the Dirtydog household.
A few people have met our dog Tye over the years that we've been on the org, he even attended an AR, unfortunately he became ill over the weekend and sadly we had to make the decision to let him go this morning He'd been with me for the last 14/15 years and to say I'm gutted is an understatement Goodbye buddy x

Re: A sad day
Sorry to hear that.
I dread having to do that on day for my dog. He looks like a lot of fun.

Re: A sad day
He was such a sweet natured dog, loved everyone, this picture is one of my favourites
He loved the kids and was pretty insuperable from Libby when she was a baby

Re: A sad day
You've got my deepest sympathies, ours had to leave us just over a year ago and it's still painful but on the flipside, so grateful we can choose the time.
Tye looks lovely, hope the hurt doesn't last too long.

Re: A sad day
Sorry to hear.
Like losing a family member. Especially when its the pet that's grown up with the kids. Very sad.

Re: A sad day
That sucks mate.
We had to put our female cat of 14 years old to sleep a couple of months ago and as Bill said, it's like losing a family member, one of the worst things I've had to do in my life. |

Re: A sad day
He was my first dog as an adult, been with me since I was about 21 through good times and the bad times. My ex's son came round to say good bye to him yesterday morning he grew up with tye and was absolutely gutted as well. He said it's the worst, saddest thing he's ever had to deal with and I agree with him. We knew the day was going to come but that doesn't make it any easier
