Pirtek here in Dublin ripped me off for mine and there gone rust at the banjo seal as that bit must not be stainless. €96 after vat and they were wrongly fitting as a result of the guy crimping slightly off 90 degrees on the banjos.

Anyway, he told me that he would give it one more shot and if they didnt fit. i had to pay €96 quid again!

Anyway, im sure it was just the ***** in that branch but if you can, bring the bike and have then fit at the pirtek branch. heard of another fella doing this and he didnt have a problem.

Seem to be a good fit and look much better than the standard items.

Don't worry they won't stand out so much after a few wet rides.

Lol, yes the front of the bike needs a good clean. The oil cooler is pretty scabby looking I need to strip it down and paint it or something but need to get other things sorted out before going there!

i have hydraulic pipes made up for work, and i now avoid pertek when possible because they over charge, by about 3 to 4 times as much as i can get them made at a independent supplier, and get the same quality or better pipe at the end

I'm considering taking the oil cooler right off. It keeps getting gunged up with mud, so probably not doing any good in any case.
