No, I have an innate ability of finding them by myself!
One I stayed at down south had owners so weird, I was waiting for the banjos to start playing and i'd have been in the car quicker than you could say you got a perrrrrdy mouth boy

Re: After a Good campsite in the Peak District
The Redlion is great, but there are lots of guest houses along route too which might be worth a look. I'm quite close to Chatsworth and have ridden most of that route several times, it should be fun.
The cat and fiddle has 50mph average speed camera's though - not ideal. Last edited by Andrew's; 16-02-11 at 04:45 PM. |

Re: After a Good campsite in the Peak District
Are they working yet? Last year when I went down they werent on. And even if they are all you have to do is trundle to the pub and stop for a bit. When you set off again go any speed you like and pull into the conveniently placed layby just before the next camera
The council really went all out on them cameras to prove their stupidity

Re: After a Good campsite in the Peak District
It goes fine, that's what everyone seems to do . Tan it, stop for a few pints, tan it. win win.
I'm cynical as to whether they actually work (or were working)anyway, last year when I realised Boot had come off somewhere behind me I headed back with some urgency and nothing came through the door..
