In the middle of a 4 day holiday weekend.
Having the second full Turkey dinner tomorrow.
I do love Thanksgiving.

(but I'm still jealous of Boxing Day)

Its called boxing day because that is when people try to get rid of all the cardboard boxes the presents came in....

( Christmas day is actually 'unboxing day' )

I thought it was called boxing day because that's when all the fighting starts in town centre pubs after people have been drinking continuously for about
3 days !

coming back from docs was at x roads and a silly old fart stopped at a red light inside the x after just turning left. my light turns green so both me and another road user peep at him. he then proceeds to get irate and shake his fist, till he realised that ermm he was ok to go..... it was funny as fek.. it was weird what he done in the first place. these lights are double sided so i guess he just seen red... lol

Today, we discover there's a new food combination that hasn't been tried before...

Terry's chocolate orange mayonnaise.

I'm in the "huh?" category - I'd probably try it - I like chocolate and I like mayonnaise but together? Hmm, pass the jar.

Ooh nooo! I feel slightly nauseous thinking about that. I like the texture of mayonnaise and the flavour of chocolate but definitely not together!

Now have a vacant hedgehog house
Mel called the vet, the little fellas doing OK. It's perked up a bit and will get TLC for a few days to make sure its getting enough fluids and food before heading off to the hedgehog rescue to be fed up over winter.

Bonus SOTD, its not our hedgehog! He's happily ensconced in the hedgehog house. when I went to clean out the hedgehog house for another resident, there it was all wrapped up in a ball of hay.
