Increasingly, it is obvious that age and term limits are necessary for our MPs but now I'm thinking we need mental evaluations, too. Exhibit A: Our culture secretary thinks the height of culture is to eat ostrich anus on national tv (and she thinks the BBC doesn't represent the people). I rest my case.

the older generation of this country need to take a long hard look at themselves. there is no Great in Britain any more. we have had decimalisation since 1971, yup 50 years ago... get a furkin grip.
unlike my generation who can mostly work in both imperial/metric weights and measures our younger generation cant.. i actually said the word imperial referring to measurements to someone at 27 years old the other day and they said 'whats that'.. is it a ploy to get us more in line with the USA so we can trade with them more???? i hope not.. |

The USA doesn't seem to have any common use of anything bigger than a pound (weight), trucks are 80,000 pounds for example. Ironic when you consider the average American build ...........
