Samsung.

Twice I have tried to contact them via live chat and both times they have just stopped responding and closed the chat. The phone service is only for emergencies at the moment.

I will never buy another TV from them again in my life. Nothing but problems since I bought it. I just sent an email to the CEO for all the good it will do.

The Tesco delivery we waited three weeks for arrived, with most essential parts of it missing. Of the things they did deliver that we ordered, about half of it was so short dated that it went off within two days of delivery. I've had to go shopping for all the bits they left out that make up the largest parts of any meals we had planned, rendering waiting for the delivery fairly pointless. The home delivery thing to avoid supermarkets as was suggested really isn't working. We couldn't book another delivery in the next month locally even if we wanted to.

We've used Tesco home delivery for years but we never order veg or perishable items because of the short dates. Of course at the moment we can't get a slot for love nor money, so I've been trudging down to Sainsbury, which is closer.

complain and remind them there are lots of other supermarkets out there and due to the short shelf life of most of the goods you would like a partial/full refund.

TBH i'm very very very disappointed in ALL the supermarkets in how disorganised they are/have been during this lockdown. jeezzz even my local corner shop can deliver to me within a day. a few corner shops here have been delivering to the OAP's for years so they are set up for doing deliveries.
