Clock losses time
So I bought a 2018 SV650 last week. I set the clock to the correct time this morning, but when I started up the bike a few hours later, it hadn't kept time - the time was only a hour later than what I had set in the morning.
The rest of the electrics all seem fine, so I'm assuming the battery is fine. Has anyone had this issue before? |

Re: Clock losses time
No, not seen nor heard of it, I'm guessing operator error. Once you had the time set did you press and hold the SEL and ADJ buttons together for 2 secs to save the value? If you didn't and just switched off it would revert back to its previous setting.

Re: Clock losses time
Ah, that would be it - I did just turn it off after setting the time. I'll try again tomorrow but definitely sounds like operator error alright!
