The snow arrived in the east today. A couple of shots from Felixstowe this morning. Just as I got to the pier a group of ladies were leaving having had an early morning dip in the sea. I then nipped over to Colchester and walked around Castle Park.

Yes, the shot with the arches is my favourite too. I like the quite complex light and shadow effect.

Walking back from the town centre yesterday, the light was excellent and I spotted this little fella growing out of one of the very barren branches of its host tree. This stuff, I assume it's mistletoe, is normally way up in the canopy of a tree so it was nice to get such a close view of it.
