Default chain breaker/riveter for Tsubaki etc

please- a friend on aother site has asked-

splay non hoolowed rivet heads?. what kind of riveter/ breaker do you reccomend.

he says for a tsubaki chain?

squid knows as ive got to get the same type of chain done.

I got that exact one

As a tip Quiff Wichard, when you mate uses it to peen over the rivet, hold the 'striking' end of the pin bit with a pare of mole grips. This prevents the pin from turning when struck. You will probably want 3-4 good whacks to peen it over properly, the mole grips allow you to hold it in position. It also allows you to then turn it 90 degrees to peen the other sides of the rivet link bit.

Basically the neatest way to do the link is to have it peened over in 4 places, it them looks like the other links

Hope that makes some sort of sense
