Dooo!!
I've been trying to remove the baffle from my Micron Delta + end can, there is a screw on the inner part of the end can that removes the end cap to enable the baffles to come out, as i was taking this screw out it fell into the exhaust. I don't know how far it fell but I assume it's fallen to the lowest point.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to get this out of the system without major surgery???????? |

Take the end can off, get a magnet on a stick and waggle it down the pipe.
Alternatively, take the end can off, start bike, rev violently. If you take the second route don't stand behind the bike when revving it.

Screw them all
Like the idea of loading your pipe with screws, reving violently, maybe you could use that tactic next time some car driver pull out in front of you, you may have started somthing there.
