Newbie with loose gear linkage.
Hi guys, have picked up my SV today, and after not riding for a year it was out of the shop and onto the M5 which was entertaining.
Bike rides great and the gearbox seems fine, but the gear lever is a bit loose. I was wondering if it can be tightened or whether the bearings have to be replaced. Thanks, Rob |

Re: Newbie with loose gear linkage.
How loose. The lever shouldnt be totally ridgid but if it is flopping about I would suggest that the bearings need looking at.
