I'm in, any idea where yet? Thames Valley group would suit us Oxforders nicely!

There was talk of near Maidenhead, but its open to discussion. I guess it depends where members live, travel times, good biking roads to get there etc. Of course on top of that we might have to sample a number of establishments to find one that ticks all the boxes.

We could always move between a few favourite places so one week some people travel more and the next week it is closer.

There is ALWAYS a reason to make your way to Fox's.... A once a month Sunday should be on the cards, at least from April to October anyway.......

Maidenhead has been suggested for the first meeting, but depending on where the majority are based, I don't see why it has to be in one place.

If the meet was fortnightly, you could have one in Maidenhead and Oxford alternately. Giving one a month in both.....

Good idea.. how about a meet there one sunday, and anyone interested in a Thames Valley group could turn up then. Then we could judge any interest from this, and start talking about the possibility of weekly, or fortnightly meets. And suggestions for where to have them.....

Sundays are good for me. Fox's is also good, alternating sounds like a fine idea.

No reason why we can't meet up at Fox's for the first meet.. Those local to me could always meet at The Shire Horse and ride up to Fox's together..

Looks like we got reasonsable interest so far Will give it another week or so and then maybe set another poll for the date of the first meet.

Just remember that Fox's is only open "late" on a Monday (until 9pm)
