Absolutely spot on except the bulk sweet shop in town still happily takes orders by the quarter even tho the receipt is in grams.

what really pizzes me off is British programs giving kilometres for distance or speed.. i dont have an effing clue like 90% of british people. 5k run.. is only to make it sound longer.

also merican units not being the same as british imperial.

I am five feet ten, on a good day - no idea what that is in metres. But, I'm 85 kilograms, on a good day - not sure how many stones that is. Quite honestly I don't care about the mix. And I only know the weight because I got used to the scales in the gym being in kilos...
