As I understand it this is the new Kwak H2. There will be a 200HP Road and a a 300HP track only version.
This is just from various rumour sites. Looks like fun Jambo Sent without a real keyboard

At what point does it become difficult to hold on to one of these things? No mention of rider aids like traction / wheelie control, that thing could get exciting!
