i have found a race system for my bike on a US forum, but a differant guy posted a load of stuff for sale, and has not sent it, and has disapeared off the site,
most people paid through paypall, and it looks as if paypall are not intreasted. is there a safer way to pay? (sorry for the crap title) |

credit card cheque...
If you have pruchase protection you should be ok... but chek the small print first. or with your CC through pay pal, although your contract is then with Pay Pal not the seller... |

depends, they may have sent the money as a gift, in which case paypal wont give a flying toss.

not directly,
if your contract is with paypal and they have sent the money on, they have completed thier part of the contract, and as such you have no comeback. If you have a contract with the seller and they dont send it, the cc company can persue them direct. |
